This course provides a comprehensive understanding of Prosthodontics, focusing on the principles and techniques involved in the restoration and replacement of missing teeth. It covers Fixed Partial Dentures (FPD), Removable Partial Dentures (RPD), Complete Dentures (CD), Oral Implants, and Maxillofacial Prosthetics. Topics include tooth preparation, impression techniques, occlusion, pontics and abutments, lab procedures, denture relining and rebasing, jaw relations, and maxillofacial prostheses. Emphasis is placed on achieving functional, esthetic, and biocompatible prosthetic rehabilitation for edentulous and partially edentulous patients.
